Pursuant to ruling no. 8568/2014 by the Single-member Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki, it was adjudicated that the provision of par. 3, article 975 of the Code of Civil Procedure, i.e. the claims by Insurance Funds such as the OAEE (our client), are not unconstitutional.
